Description

We are hiring an Applications Engineer to partner with our dealer-facing platform team (Hedberg Data Systems)!

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Support a multi-tier client-server application at both customer and hosted environments
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable SQL stored procedures, views, and functions as well as .NET code
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Participate in entire software development life cycle (designing, developing, testing, and documenting) using agile development methods
  • Conduct application testing based on test cases and test plans
  • Help maintain code quality and organization
  • Integrate with partner solutions via REST-based APIs

Who You Are :

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a software design and development environment
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, VB-NET (Microsoft Visual Studio), Cloud based development and design tools

    The annual base salary range for this position is $103,200-$161,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
