Position Overview :

We're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic Public Affairs Solutions team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical delivery and establish architectural patterns for cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Salesforce development initiatives (Sales Cloud and Pardot)
Establish technical roadmaps and design patterns
Perform code reviews and maintain development guidelines
Partner with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentoring
Manage incident response and service requests

Required Qualifications :

6+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience

Advanced Salesforce development expertise

Strong programming skills in common languages

Independent work capability with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills :

Multi-language programming expertise (Java, JavaScript, Python)

Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Salesforce configuration and Apex development

CI / CD tooling experience

Project infrastructure management
