We are looking for a Strategy Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation to join our team, reporting to the Director of Strategy. As the Strategy Lead, you will be a player-coach that will build and guide strategists to develop innovative and effective social-first strategies for some of the world's biggest brands. You will take ownership of the strategic ideation and development for all major projects and pitches, and RFPs and partner with our accounts, creative, talent, and sales teams to bring the strategic vision to life.

As the Strategy Lead, you will not only be an expert at turning a single idea into a fully fleshed-out pitch deck but you can mentor and coach junior strategists to build this muscle. You will have an endless vision for turning thought-starters into fully integrated strategies and meaningful campaigns. You are an expert in the age of the attention economy and should be able to provide real-time insights and data and possess a passion for knowledge when it comes to content, technology, and social media psychology. You understand how to build a strategy that has real business outcomes and understands real-world challenges and are an out-of-the-box thinker in developing new and innovative strategies that will help propel success for our clients.

What You'll Do Here :

• Oversee proposal timelines and resources for your pod, ensuring effective project management and successful delivery of client initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment efforts and onboard new team members to support the organization's growth and evolving demands.
• Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives that equip team members with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to evolving industry trends and technological advancements.
• Develop resource planning strategies to effectively allocate team members to projects, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal utilization of skills while maintaining quality output.
