Description

Join our team in Meridian with Renewal by Andersen of Boise. We're hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist who is responsible for for completing the daily operations of the accounts receivable functions. This is a hands-on role that ensures the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, the collection and application of corresponding payments, and the tracking and maintenance of customer accounts, while supporting project managers, internal finance partners, and other team members.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Generate customer invoices according to sales orders specifications and customer agreements.

Record customer payments, apply prepayments, and maintain clean records in the system.

Process adjustments, apply customer credits as specified, and request refunds as needed.

Produce A / R aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables with project managers.

Partner with project managers and sales teams to investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.

Support the finance department to ensure customer financing is approved and funded timely.

Manage third-party payment applications for timely collection and processing of transactions.

Prepare weekly A / R reports and communicate key cash flow insights to the leadership team.

Recommend improvements to streamline billing, collections, and financing processes.

Perform other accounting related duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of QuickBooks, particularly the sales module is a plus.

Computer savvy and comfortable with data transfers from various platforms.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Description

24-$26.44 hourly DOE
