Job Description :

The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving growth by leveraging both direct sales and company-provided leads. This individual will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with businesses and property owners that lead to roofing inspections, repairs, and replacement projects.

Responsibilities :

Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach and follow-up on provided leads.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with businesses, property managers, and homeowners.

Collaborate with Project Manager on roof inspections and prepare accurate assessments to generate work orders.

Present proposals and close deals for repair and replacement services.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoff and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year sales experience (B2B, B2C, or construction industry preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Organized, with excellent follow-up skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary plus commission (uncapped earning potential).

Full-time, flexible schedule. Some evenings / weekends may be required depending on client availability.
