Vale Group has partnered with a firm in Fort Worth, TX seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to work on a hybrid schedule, offering up to $190K (base) , based on credentials and experience. This role focuses on sophisticated tax matters for high-net-worth individuals, delivering strategic guidance, managing complex filings, and supporting related entities including trusts and closely held businesses.

Requirements of the Senior Tax Manager :

• Proven background supporting high-net-worth individuals and their affiliated entities
• Ability to oversee engagement planning, workflow, and client deliverables
• Skilled in researching intricate tax issues and presenting recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant tax experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Tax preferred
• CPA license required
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching and development
• Advanced analytical skills and sound judgment
• Proficiency with tax-related software tools (experience with planning systems a plus)
