Enrichment Partner (Caregiver, Adult Day Program)

Location : West Valley Life Enrichment Program – Peoria, AZ.

Pay Rate : $15.00 / hr | Hourly, Non-Exempt. (Eff 01.01.2026 wage increases to $15.65hr)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 11 : 30 AM–3 : 30 PM. 20 hrs per week

About the Role :

Join our compassionate team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults in our day program. You’ll support members through personalized activities, assist with meals, and help with personal care- creating a welcoming, enriching environment.

What We’re Looking For :

• Reliable transportation or plans to relocate to Peoria / Sun City / Surprise area (relocation assistance not provided).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience supporting adults in day programs, group homes, or caregiving environments, especially with individuals experiencing dementia.
• Ability or willingness to obtain certifications including Fingerprint Clearance, CPR, TB / Chest X-Ray, Article 9, and Food Handler’s (we provide support for certification costs).
