Qualifications :

Qualifications : \n\nMinimum 2 years of Case Management experience in an acute care facility with 1,000+ beds.\n\nAcademic hospital experience preferred.\n\nProficiency in Epic and Allscripts strongly preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\n\nFirst-time travelers are not accepted for this role.
