Associa is currently looking for a Community Director to join our team in Fairfield, NJ. As a Community Director, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role, you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

How will you make an impact?

The Community Director helps the company grow by :

• Providing oversight for community management operations of the branch.
• Establishing positive relationships with board of directors, community managers and support staff, and other vendors at branch level.
• Assisting with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level for community focused operations.
• Assisting in the preparation of policies and procedures to efficient service clients.
• Training liaison for community managers and community support roles.
• Managing people / teams.
• Managing 2-3 associations
• Other duties as assigned.
