POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a hands-on quality leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments? We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a passion for excellence, strong leadership instincts, and the grit to build systems from the ground up. In this critical role, you'll shape the future of our Quality organization and play a pivotal part in scaling our Quality Management System (QMS) in a dynamic, ramp-up manufacturing environment.

You'll work closely with engineering, production, logistics, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and system standardization. If you have a proven track record with ISO standards and QMS implementation—and are energized by building structure, developing people, and solving problems—this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As a proactive and strategic leader, you'll design and implement quality policies and procedures, mentor and grow a high-performing team, and ensure our proucts consistently exceed internal and external standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and implement QMS and ISO certification processes.
  • Develop and execute quality policies and procedures to meet production and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and audit material, process, and product quality; identify and correct deviations.
  • Analyze quality data, drive root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Address gaps in testing and assurance processes; develop and implement robust solutions.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality throughout lifecycle.

Key Attributes for Success

  • Strategic Quality Leadership – Ability to build and lead QMS / ISO systems from the ground up.
  • Startup & Ramp-Up Agility – Flexible and resourceful in dynamic, evolving environments.
  • Manufacturing & Operational Excellence – 4+ years in manufacturing with strong process QA / QC skills.
  • Hands-On Execution & Grit – Willing to engage on the production floor to solve issues.
  • Team Leadership & Development – Experienced in leading, coaching, and growing teams.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and QMS implementation.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
  • Proven success driving system standardization and maintaining data integrity.
  • Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or high-tech environments preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%; international travel may be required.
  • Valid passport and driver's license with no restrictions.
