Responsibilities
Gain a thorough understanding of the agency’s business and industry
Manage general phone calls and greet clients / office visitors, enhancing the arrival experience
Smooth operation of the mailroom
Collaborate with the Director of Facilities on purchasing supplies, organizing events, and maintaining office amenities
Assist in moving and setting up workstations
Management of off-site storage operations
Responsible for supporting all partners within the agency using discretion and independent judgment to assist in all phases of the position
Qualifications :
Preferred experience as a concierge, office administrator, executive assistant, retail, F&B, customer service, or similar role
Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Federal Express, and UPS
Good planning and organizational skills
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and manner
Expedience in an office management capacity.
Computer literate, specifically MS Word for Windows
