Chief Estimator – Commercial Construction
Hybrid Role! - 3 days a week in Atlanta, GA office
A well-established general contractor is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead the estimating team for commercial projects across the region. This is a full-time leadership role with strong growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full estimating and bid process from start to finish
- Review bid opportunities, proposals, and subcontractor coverage
- Develop and deliver complete proposals and budgets to clients
- Provide conceptual estimates, budgets, and CPM schedules
- Ensure all project documents, RFIs, and bid forms are accurate and timely
- Attend pre-bid site visits and respond to client questions
- Oversee multiple estimates at once, prioritizing effectively under deadlines
