Are you a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant ready to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and dynamic environment? Las Colinas Post Acute is looking for a dedicated COTA to join our compassionate care team in Ontario, California!

Pay : From $34 per hour

About Las Colinas Post Acute

Las Colinas Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving San Bernardino County. We provide long- and short-term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe, welcoming space. Our facility features :

Your Role as a COTA

As a COTA at Las Colinas, you'll work under the guidance of our licensed Occupational Therapists to :

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions that promote independence and recovery
  • Assist residents with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Bring creativity, empathy, and energy to every session

  • Valid COTA certification and California licensure
  • A heart for service and a passion for helping others thrive
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus!
