Outside Plant Design Engineer (Gulfport, Mississippi)

Startech Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outside Plant Design Engineer for a 6-month contract position in Gulfport, Mississippi. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience requirements outlined below. They should have a thorough understanding of various AT&T related OSP Wireline processes and guidelines. Salary : Based Upon Candidate Demands & Calculated For The Complete 6-Month Period Job Details : Must be a Microsoft Office Products Expert. Must have NJUNS Program / System & ORCA Reporting expertise. Must have AT&T ARAMIS Design System expertise. Must have experience running PF Rate Reports & Associated Analysis. GIS Skills & Experience are Required. Must have experience generating OSAD / ODAD layouts and the layout of GPON distribution routes for both Greenfield and Brownfield overlay projects. Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be available to begin working on August 22, 2025 through February 22, 2026. Google Earth knowledge is a plus. Must be able to understand FTTx and AT&T GPON design is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. Ability to maintain efficient working timelines while multitasking several different projects at one time. Must be organized and capable of tracking work due dates and expectations.
