Marketing Analyst I

Full-time / Part-time : Full time

Description :

Job Summary : The Midstream Marketing Analyst will be responsible for supporting activities associated with the sales and movement of oil and natural gas. This position will collaborate with the marketing and scheduling functions to verify daily transactions, coordinate with pipelines, and perform general analysis of natural gas, oil, and NGL movements.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Support marketing and scheduling functions by recording natural gas movements in the scheduling system
• Assist the legal department with contract routing and facilitation
• Work closely with the Midstream & Marketing department to acknowledge and document transactions
• Build and maintain working relationships with third party vendors
• Verify oil, gas and NGL transactions with third party vendors
• Monitor pipeline volumes in pipeline electronic bulletin boards (EBBs) and ensure the scheduling system reflects actual movements
• Maintain associated spreadsheets
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands

Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Ability to drive for long periods of time or walk and / or stand in all types of weather for long periods of time.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days and hours of work will vary due to workload and needs of the company.

Travel :

Minimal travel is expected for this position.
