Creative Gen AI Monetization team seeks a highly creative and technically proficient model Fine-Tuning creative director. This role tailors and refines the output of generative AI models to align with business’ aesthetic, brand, style, and creative goals. This role bridges the gap between technical AI capabilities and creative vision, collaborating with product design and product teams to deliver high quality creative generation. This role offers a chance to shape the future of advertising creative content generation through AI, pushing the boundaries of technology and artistry.

Required Skills :

Creative Director, Gen AI Monetization Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement strategies for fine-tuning generative AI models to achieve desired creative outputs and ensure alignment with creative and brand guidelines

Curate and preprocess high-quality, domain-specific datasets for fine-tuning, work with various fine-tuning techniques and platforms, ensuring data quality and relevance for desired business creative styles or tones

Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, including research trends, new model capabilities, and emerging fine-tuning techniques. Explore and experiment with novel training methodologies to enhance generative model quality

Move fast : Get energized by moving fast, adaptable, and can support teams to iterate quickly

Executional operation : You know how to support highly effective execution with a large team. Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and workflows for model fine-tuning and creative AI integration

Collaboration : effectively collaborating with product design, engineers and research scientists to ensure scalability and efficiency. Building relationships across Family of Apps and working across a large Cross Functional Partner set

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in graphic or multimedia design, animation, fine arts or advertising and digital media

12 + years of consumer technology design and digital media experience

Follows social media and technology and has a firm grasp of the latest trends and best practices across all platforms

Experience in technology products and managing multiple complex announcements, launches and campaigns on time and under tight deadlines

Creative sensibility and ability to translate aesthetic preferences into actionable fine-tuning strategies

Understanding of GenAI models

Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and creative stakeholders

Proficient with data

Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation technique, and performance optimization

Public Compensation :

$174,000 / year to $246,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
