As a Sr. User Experience Designer in the Digital Shopping Experience Understanding & Deciding Team, you will work with a highly collaborative team of experience designers, content designers, researchers, strategists, product managers, and engineers to create compelling human-centered experiences. You'll be focused on helping customers discover and shop for products and services in the client's mobile app, website, and digital properties.

During your first few weeks in this UX Designer role, you can expect to take on some of the folllowing :

• Evolve and challenge the client brand through the thoughtful application of modern visual design best practices
• Work with Experience / UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create solutions and align customer and business needs
• Leverage research, site metrics, and usability findings to make recommendations and drive strategy
• Work to understand the problem space and foster a shared vision of the future
• Participate in a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement
