Pay Rate : $ 45.67  - $55.00  per hour.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)

• Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
• Complete assessment to all residents quarterly and PRN such as : pain assessment, fall assessment and skin assessment.
• Does treatments, dispenses medications, and performs other nursing functions as needed on a regular basis.
• Inform the Physician orders are transcribed and carried out in a timely manner and other RN duties within the Scope of RN responsibility.
