The Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Content Editor to join our collaborative and innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy, relevance, and consistency of content across the school’s web platforms. You will oversee and manage web content to strengthen our online presence and improve the user experience for UTD students, faculty, and staff. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on how our community engages with digital content and reports to the Director of Digital Services and Analytics.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a Liberal Arts field. Five to seven years of experience in journalistic or corporate communications. Microsoft Office Suite; expert written and oral communication skills.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in journalistic, academic, or corporate communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and / or Illustrator, and design tools such as Figma or Canva.

Other Qualifications

To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.

Remote Work Notice

A hybrid remote work schedule may be available (currently 1-day remote weekly). Employee must be located within the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and / or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required upon employment, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be canceled at any time.
