Key Responsibilities :

Conduct detailed cost analyses to evaluate production efficiency, identify variances, and support data-driven decision-making

Prepare, monitor, and analyze standard costs, cost models, and variance reports

Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to understand cost drivers and recommend improvements

Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and cost projections

Review and analyze inventory valuations, ensuring accuracy in costing methodologies

Support month-end and year-end close processes related to cost accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

Evaluate and enhance cost accounting processes to increase accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency

Prepare timely and insightful cost reports to support leadership and guide strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

3+ years of progressive cost accounting or financial analysis experience (manufacturing or agriculture experience is a plus)

Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000 annually
