Complete Creative is seeking a dynamic Creative Strategist who understands how creativity drives business outcomes across both digital and in-person experiences, particularly in the B2B sector. This is a key hire (Hire #4) and will play a critical role in shaping the future of Complete Creative as we scale.
The Creative Strategist will collaborate closely with our Lead Designer and leadership team to translate client goals into strong brand narratives, compelling content, campaign strategies, and cohesive visual experiences. This role requires someone who listens deeply, thinks holistically, and knows what makes brands truly stand out in a crowded world.

Requirements
What You Bring 3+ years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, creative direction, or a closely related field. Strong ability to listen, extract what matters, and translate ideas into strategic clarity. Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-first communicator. Understanding of the intersection of design + strategy, and why both are needed for strong brands. Familiarity with SEO, AEO, organic digital growth, and content-driven brand building. Demonstrated experience running paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or similar platforms). Thrives in a startup environment : resourceful, proactive, collaborative, and embraces change. High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to work with diverse personalities.
