Are you a compassionate, motivated LPN who enjoys mentoring others and working in a collaborative environment? We’re looking for an LPN to join our home care team! This dynamic role offers the opportunity to :

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct home supervisory visits to ensure quality care and client satisfaction

Train and support caregivers to meet the highest standards of care

Assist with office duties, care coordination, and occasional client follow-ups

Provide clinical insight and collaborate with team members on care plans

Qualifications :

Current LPN license in good standing (State of [Your State])

Experience in home care or senior care preferred

Passion for teaching, mentoring, and teamwork

Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
