Overview

AmTrust Financial, a fast growing P&C Insurance company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst supporting the Sales organization for the North America P&C division.

Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data to provide insightful reports / dashboards to increase sales productivity

• Develop and maintain both standardized and custom reports, conduct key sales analysis, participate in cross functional projects, and support sales managers with accurate and meaningful reporting and data analysis
• Work on the development and implementation of enhancements in Salesforce and proprietary management systems by documenting requirements, conducting UAT testing and creating training materials for end-users
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and analytics teams to develop and implement sales reports / dashboards in PowerBI, Salesforce, CRM Analytics, etc.
• Assist with the administration and the execution of quarterly sales compensation plans
• Support ad-hoc requests

The expected salary range for this role is $105,300-$115,000 annually
