This exhibit describes the recommended qualifications and experience of an OSR candidate and outlines the differences between a standard and senior OSR. The purpose of this document is to serve as a reference for Regent Aerospace Corporation when selecting, measuring, and evaluating OSRs and to reinforce expectations of what value an OSR should provide to the company.
