Assistant Manager, Broadcast Engineering

DEPARTMENT : Technology, Scoreboard, & Broadcasting

REPORTS TO : Director, Broadcast Engineering

FLSA STATUS : Full Time - Exempt

The Assistant Manager, Broadcast Engineering is responsible for assisting with all technical aspects of the Yankee Stadium Control Room, TV truck dock, broadcast booths and other IT related matters. The candidate should have excellent project-management skills, working knowledge of A / V equipment, and be willing to learn both software and hardware applications.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Confirm audio and video feeds between NYY Scoreboard & TV Rightsholder on site
• Maintain equipment and quality control
• Proficient in routing and building multiviewers
• Comfortable setting up cameras, lights and other A / V equipment
• Knowledge of Daktronics, Ross and Evertz systems
• Cable management and documentation
• Maintain, configure, and repair equipment as needed or facilitate RMA process
• Proven ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems
• Working knowledge of IT Support procedures

Qualifications and Experience :

Salary range : $95,000-$120,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
