What You’ll Do :

Oversee the daily operations of the business office and human resources department.

Manage billing, payroll, accounts receivable, and financial reports.

Handle employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Support residents, families, and staff with financial and HR-related matters.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in long-term care or healthcare business office management.

Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing.

HR experience in a healthcare setting is a plus!

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
