Responsibilities

• Perform domestic and global post-deal HR integrations with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle-market companies and private equity investors
• Work with KPMG's cross-functional integration and separation teams on HR integration engagements, focusing on the establishment and merging of compensation and benefits platforms including health and welfare plan establishment and alignment
• Lead and manage the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMG engagement teams, and direct communication of results with clients
• Oversee and drive development of staff, including mentoring and coaching junior team members
• Direct business development initiatives

Salary ranges by city are available at the provided pay-transparency URL. California salary range : $195,000 - $346,500
