We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our small yet dynamic team in a rapidly growing e-commerce company. As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in helping to maintain and manage our clientele services and relationships. We pride on going above and beyond for everyone we interact with so the ideal candidate will share the same sentiment. You will also work closely with Senior Leaders, Ops, IT, and HR to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To :
Process large bulk container orders including shipping paperwork and detailsDeliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, online chat, & social mediaReceive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, order tracking, issue resolution, and general informationResolve post-order issues such as returns, replacements, delivery status and backordersRequirements :
