Were seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will review project drawings and specifications, create precise cost estimates, and support the preparation of competitive bids. Youll work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure every project starts on the right track.

Responsibilities :

• Examine project plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate estimates
• Prepare detailed HVAC cost projections for commercial and high-rise project
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope details
• Track material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor quotes
• Assist in the preparation and submission of bids
• Support budgeting and cost control efforts throughout projects
