Project Manager

Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Project Manager :

Develop and implement a comprehensive launch support plan, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate and manage cutover, contingency, and hypercare plans to ensure a seamless go-live.

Drive program governance by facilitating effective communication, issue escalation, and decision-making processes.

Serve as the central point of coordination during launch, facilitating daily stand-ups and war room sessions.

Engage with internal business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.

Required Skills for Project Manager :

Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, particularly in technology system launches and go-lives.

Proven expertise in developing and executing cutover, launch, and hypercare plans.

Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and deployment methodologies.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
