Office Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that keep our organization running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and organize filing systems both physically and electronically.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for team members.
- Handle office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle various tasks with accuracy.Benefits
