What You Will Contribute :

The Badger Meter Internship Program provides hands-on, real-world experience to students through projects that make a difference! In addition to your projects, you will be given the opportunity to participate in our robust Intern program focused on Badger Meter Culture, professional development, community outreach and a final capstone project.

The Business Technology Operations Intern will support the Customer Care team in driving adoption, onboarding, and operational excellence within Badger Meter's Self-Service Portal and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms. This intern will gain hands-on experience in customer onboarding, service unit pricing set-up / maintenance, registration automation, and adoption analysis while contributing to projects that improve the self-service customer experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with Customer Care, Sales, and Product teams to enhance customer success through technology-enabled service delivery.

This will be a summer internship at our Milwaukee facility.

Essential Job Duties

Help process SaaS service unit orders and maintain accurate records.
