Lathe Machinist - Night Shift

Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description :

The Lathe / Assembly Operator Night shift performs simple machine setups, has G & M code knowledge, and is able to run and assemble parts with little to no supervision. This is a 2nd shift position Mon-Thursday with a 20% shift differential

Essential Responsibilities :

• Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Operate machines to produce production runs of parts
• Press bushings into parts and operate manual Bridgeport Machines
• Able to read operation sheets and blueprints
• Able to inspect and adjust parameters to produce conforming parts
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff
• Other duties as directed by supervisor
