The Premier Hospitality Consulting company, is looking for an Executive Assistant join the Corporate team!
This role will directly support the Sr. VP of Operations in addition to Administrative duties to help the office run smoothly.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who strong attention to detail and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities will include :
- Maintain the executive's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Serve as a point of contact, handling phone calls and greeting visitors
- Maintain filing systems and organizational records
- Various accounting tasks.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as requested.
Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative roleExcellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in office Salesforce, Share File and QuickBooks strongly preferredAbility to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretionProactive and adaptable, with a customer-service mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentThis position includes a competitive salary, benefits including health and dental insurance, 401K, paid vacation, and holidays.
