Job Title : Engineer

Location : Thousand Oaks, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to join our client’s innovative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge autoinjector devices, playing a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of combination products. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, efficacy, and quality of these devices, working within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Create and manage technical documents, including test plans, protocols, and reports.

Conduct hands-on testing of autoinjector devices, ensuring safe operation of equipment.

Analyze test data and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

Offer technical solutions for mechanical issues as needed.

Perform tolerance and robustness analysis on complex mechanical designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product lifecycle management.

Skills Required :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficient in technical writing for protocols and reports.

Experience with drug / device combination product design and development.

Ability to conduct lab tests and operate lab equipment safely.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and relevant standards.
