Maintain excellence in quality, safety, and service outcomes. Protect patient and staff data confidentiality while using data analytics to guide improvements. The Nurse Manager – Float Pool is a Registered Nurse who provides leadership, strategic oversight, and operational management for the Float Pool department. This role ensures exceptional patient care, optimal staffing, and effective utilization of clinical resources across multiple units.
The Nurse Manager serves as the unit’s chief retention and safety officer, driving quality care, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
