Key Responsibilities : Perform respiratory care procedures in accordance with hospital policies. Evaluate, treat, and reassess patients following physician orders. Function independently and assist Physicians / Nursing in therapeutic modalities. Participate in Code Team and Rapid Response Team. Assist with orientation and training of respiratory and nursing personnel. Provide patient and family education. Participate in CQI initiatives and departmental education. Transport patients as needed. Support patients' rights to care, privacy, and respect. Assist Director with special projects and inventory control. Other duties as assigned.
