Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will rotate through units such as Cath Lab, EP Lab, OR, Pre-Op, and PACU. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient care alongside an interdisciplinary team. You will have the unique chance to float to various departments based on your skills and competencies, enhancing your nursing experience.
