Bilingual Receptionist

Employer : Express Commercial Cleaning

Compensation : $18 / hour

Location : 1501 Panther Loop, #3D, Pflugerville, TX, 78660

Duties Include :

• Greet office visitors, answer phones, take messages, route calls to the appropriate person
• Assist job candidates in the application process, training them on the use of our app to sign in, order supplies, and communicate.
• Greet and assist employees, preparing orders when they pick up supplies
• Scheduling meetings, and assisting in company events
• Data entry, copy, scan, file
• Assist HR with creation of employee files, reports, reviewing start times, and discrepancies
• Assist with marketing via email, web, as needed
• Additional office duties as needed including assisting inventory count at month-end & completing daily orders.
• Ensure and report if office equipment is not working properly
• Maintain a clean work area
