Job Summary :
We are looking for Industrial Welders who will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing heavy-duty metal components used in industrial settings. This role requires strong technical welding skills, blueprint reading, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Work may take place in a shop, plant, or on-site industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and / or Flux-Core welding on structural and industrial components.
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials, techniques, and processes.
Fabricate, assemble, and repair large-scale industrial structures and machinery.
Inspect welds for accuracy and structural soundness using visual and testing tools.
Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE (helmet, gloves, respirator, etc.).
Grind, cut, or weld metal components to correct specifications.
Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
Complete work orders and documentation as required.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical welding certification preferred.
4+ years of industrial welding experience (heavy-duty preferred).
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, and / or FCAW welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding schematics.
Familiarity with industry codes and safety standards (AWS, OSHA, etc.).
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety-minded attitude.
Work Environment :
Industrial or manufacturing environment, indoor and outdoor conditions.
Exposure to heat, sparks, fumes, loud noises, and heavy machinery.
Use of PPE and welding safety gear required.
May involve shift work and overtime.
