Scheduling & Authorization Representative

Ensures that all clinical services scheduled at Munroe-Meyer Institute (MMI) have appropriate demographics and insurance updated in EPIC. Ensures that insurance accounts are built accurately and that all clinical services are properly authorized. Verifies eligibility, pre-determination and pre-authorization requirements for all clinical services at MMI. Additionally, works with providers to ensure completion of all authorization paperwork as well as identifying trends in patient service needs and communicate these clinical needs to directors.
