Our Needs
We have 2 tables that we'd like to open on Thurs, Fri, and Sat. To achieve this, we are looking for a chef comfortable making nigiri, butchering fish, and prepping. Ideally, you would take over some ownership of fish orders, inventory, and the aging process.
Our Ideal Team Member
Is not necessarily an industry veteran (though that certainly helps). It's someone who is able to be precise and manage their time efficiently. The rest can be taught.
The Job
Compensation
Is not set in stone. The range is wide because we'd like to attract talented people, but also because we believe in being fair. Especially if you can provide what we need. Most importantly, you shouldn't need to rely on overtime to make a fair wage. Or take a salary and be worked to the bone at a flat wage (all without overtime).

Perhaps most importantly : this is a great place to work and our interest is in someone long-term, but it’s not everyone’s last stop in life. For better or worse, reputation matters in the culinary world. We are Michelin recommended since we opened our doors. Our Google and Yelp ratings are 5 and 4.9, respectively.
