Looking for physical therapist (PT) for 13 weeks. M-F two lates and two early shift and one mid shift- 5 work days. Normal productivity requirements 12 v / d (60 visits per week seen / treated) with 16 v / d scheduled (80 / week scheduled) to account for cancel / no show rate of 25-30%

GA license or compact license accepted
