Technical Sales Support

About your role :

The Manufacturing Operations team at Fiserv delivers high-volume high-quality statement invoice and card production across multiple facilities supporting products and services that enable client payment and identification workflows. The Technical Sales Support position will translate operational data into actionable requirements drive process improvements and support equipment modernization. This role partners with engineering quality and data teams to improve throughput reduce defects and lower operational costs. You will also support the onboarding of large-scale clients during the sales cycle by driving technical discovery sessions with the clients to capture technical requirements for the solutions architecture teams.

What youll do :

• Partner with Quality and Solution Architecture teams to document technical and business requirements for defect resolution and establish repeatable best practices.
• Collaborate with Process and Industrial Engineers to define technical requirements for continuous improvement and equipment strategy rollouts.
• Ensure seamless operational flow from client data feeds through inventory management job tracking production controls and final product delivery.
• Support onboarding activities for large-scale clients ensuring data feeds inventory job tracking and production controls integrate smoothly.
• Provide training materials standard operating procedures and implementation support to Production and Implementation teams.

Travel :

Approximately 30% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
