About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commissioning Coordinator to join our mission-critical construction team focused on high-performance data center builds. This role bridges the gap between design, construction, and operations — ensuring that all MEP systems are fully tested, documented, and delivered to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Develop and manage commissioning schedules in alignment with project milestones
• Review submittals, test procedures, and equipment start-up documentation
• Facilitate integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure compliance with commissioning plans
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and third-party commissioning agents
• Track deficiencies and manage resolution through closeout
• Maintain accurate commissioning logs and turnover packages
