Travel / Contract Allied Health Physical Therapist - Days - Up to $3150 / week!

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements : AHA BLS certification, valid State of Wisconsin Licensure, NPI, Drivers License with proof of insurance, any required professional certifications
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience working with adult and geriatric populations, orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility cases
  • Other Requirements : Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, resilience, adaptability to change, and social / interpersonal skills
