Join a remote sales team focused on delivering life insurance solutions and building long-term client relationships. This role is open to both entry-level candidates and experienced sales professionals who seek flexible hours and performance-based compensation.
- Work remotely with a sales system that combines online tools and human support, allowing schedule flexibility.
- Uncapped earning potential. Typical part-time new agents earn approximately $4,000 to $6,000 per month (about $70,000 per year). Experienced full-time agents commonly earn $14,000 to $18,000 per month (about $175,000 per year).
- No cold calling — digital leads are provided from individuals who have expressed interest.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship to support early and sustained success.
- Ongoing operational and coaching support while operating independently.
Key responsibilities :
Develop and manage a client base using provided leads.Present and recommend appropriate life insurance products to individuals, families, and business owners via phone, video, or in-person meetings.Establish and maintain client relationships through education and follow-up.Manage personal schedule and performance goals while participating in required training sessions.Keep accurate records of client interactions and adhere to regulatory licensing requirements.Qualifications :
Current life and health insurance license issued by your home state; willingness to contract with carriers (guidance provided).Strong work ethic and motivation for personal and financial growth.Effective verbal and written communication skills; customer service experience is a plus.Time management skills and comfort using technology such as CRM systems, video conferencing, and standard office tools.High school diploma or equivalent and a valid U.S. driver’s license.Compensation and additional details :
