Talentry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team. This role involves managing various accounting tasks to ensure the company's financial health and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Record Maintenance : Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and business transactions in accordance with GAAP.
• Daily Accounting Functions : Execute journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Month-End and Year-End Closing : Assist with closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Tax Compliance : Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Audit Support : Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, and assist in the annual audit process.
• Process Improvement : Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting : Generate timely and accurate financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
