Were contracting licensed agentsspecializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, ACA Marketplace, and / or Life Insurance(Final Expense). If youre looking for high commission payouts, true independence, and real support without quotas or scripts this role is for you. As an independent agent with NCC, you are in charge but never alone. Our dedicated service model helps our insurance agents grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Educate and enroll clients in Medicare, ACA health plans, and life insurance.
• Provide personalized consultations, not high-pressure sales.
• Lead generation strategies to help you grow your business.
• Manage your own schedule, follow-ups, and compliance.
• Leverage free quoting tools, CRM, and plan finders.
• Stay updated on CMS guidelines and ACA regulations (training available).
