Position Overview

We are looking for a Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer / General Laborer to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to grow a career in the equipment rental industry.

Location : 3131 E. Atlas Place, Tucson, AZ 85706

Pay : Starting at $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule : Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities as a Field Pipe Installer

Assist with installation, setup, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment
Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Load and unload trucks and assist with equipment deliveries and returns
Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
Work outdoors in various conditions and support emergency / overtime work as needed
Follow all company policies, procedures, and Crew Leader instructions
Maintain professional communication and a team-oriented attitude
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills of a Field Pipe Installer

High school diploma or GED preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus)

Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations

Able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor, physically demanding environments

Team player with a dependable, safety-first mindset

Experience in the rental or pump industry a plus; HDPE fusion experience preferred
